1. You will need to be above 18 years of age to register and become eligible to bid at an auction. 

2. Obtain a copy of the Proclamation Of Sale and Condition of Sale  [Download]. Read and understand the Condition of Sale.

3. Register with Property Auction House Sdn. Bhd. with a Bank Draft amount to the deposit (or online transfer into our online account stated in the Proclamation Of Sale  [Download] of the property that you intend to bid, at least 1 day (before 12 noon) prior to the Auction Sale.  

4. If you deposit with us by bank draft.  Please prepare the amount which stated in the Proclamation Of Sales. Make the bank draft deposit payable to: AmBank (M) Berhad  (Note: Please refer to the Proclamation Of Sale. Some bank may require additional information on the bank draft).

5. Login to min 15 minutes before auction start.

4. Click [ Upcoming Auction ] button
5. Select our branches click [ View All > ] button to display properties available to register and bid online.
6. Click [ Auction Deposit ] to register property you intended to purchase. Complete the bidder registration form and submit your supporting documents. (Note: Online bank-in deposit account info are stated in Proclaimation Of Sale (Online Auction Terms And Conditions Clause 2.4)
7. Click [ Submit ] to send the registration form.
8. An Successful Bidder Registration Email Will be email to you once approved.

 (STEP 3) Bidding: 
1. Please login 15 minutes Before Scheduled Auction Date and Time. 
2. Open your Smartphone / PC web browser: GOOGLE CROME /  EDGE / SAFARI / Etc.
3. Goto
4. Click [ Log In ] button and enter Your Email and Password
5. Click [Live Auction] button and select Auction Room and wait the auction to start
6. Click [ Bid ] Button to place a bid.
7. If you are the successful bidder a CERTIFICATE OF SALE will be email to you as proof of successful bidding.
8. Our office will contact you to sign the Proclamation Of Sale in our office when ready.
